Career to date spans almost 40 years – 26 years at Jaguar/Land Rover within Manufacturing and Supplier Quality – and then 8 years at the NHS, last position being Head of Non-Clinical Risk for a mental health trust in Essex.

Walked into HSL 5 years ago for them to find me a cushy little number of a job, maybe counting widgets or moving very small boxes, but that clearly didn’t happen and now I head a very talented team of recruiters.

Keen racket sports player – but also have a passion for the easier life, like HIFI, and watching movies on a big screen surrounded by about 137 speakers!
