Hey I’m Jayne, one of the two directors at HSL. Let me give you a peek into who I am and what I do to keep the business running smoothly.

Navigating Role:

I wear a couple of hats around here. Firstly, I'm deeply involved in Training and Staff Welfare, ensuring everyone's on the right track. Alongside that, I handle the General Director's duties, which keeps me on my toes - I wouldn't have it any other way!

The Journey So Far:

With a whopping 42 years in the recruitment industry, I've seen it all. I've had the privilege of working with both nationals and independents before taking the reins of our own business in 1998.

Strengths I Bring:

In this competitive field, having a keen ear and a wealth of industry knowledge is crucial. I pride myself on my listening skills and that bit of competitive edge that helps me find the perfect match. Holding an FIRP accreditation is a testament to my commitment to excellence in this field.

Beyond Recruitment:

For me, the recruitment industry is more than just a profession; it's a genuine passion. Beyond the office, I'm truly blessed with a large, loving family. From my children to my grandchildren and even my great-grandchildren, they're a source of endless inspiration and joy.

Whether it's a leisurely browse through All Saints or an online spree, it's a delightful way for me to unwind. It's a little hobby that's earned me the affectionate nickname "Amazon Queen". Trust me, my daily deliveries can vouch for it!
