Hey there, I’m Ellie, your friendly Resourcer/Administrator here at HSL Recruitment. I’m the newest addition to the team, but I’m already raring to go and excited to help make a difference. Whether it’s assisting with queries, managing your documents, or supporting my amazing colleagues, I’m here to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What I do:

As your Resourcer/Administrator, I’m always just a phone call or email away to answer any important queries you might have. You’ll usually find me behind the computer, diligently organising and uploading your personal documents onto our system. My role doesn’t just stop at helping you—I’m also here to support my fantastic team, ensuring everything is done efficiently and to the highest standard.

Off-duty adventures:

When I’m not in the office, you’ll most likely find me in my sanctuary—the gym. I’m passionate about staying active and always pushing myself to train to the best of my ability. But I also know the value of balance, which is why I love unwinding in the evenings. A perfect night for me is relaxing at home with friends or family, enjoying good food and great company.

Work philosophy:

After years of experience in hairdressing and hospitality, I decided it was time for a career change. What has stayed constant, though, is my dedication to providing excellent customer service. Every job I’ve had has been centred around making people feel valued and supported, and I bring that same ethos to HSL. Think of me as the approachable smile behind the desk, always here to help and make your experience a positive one.

Fun fact:

Travelling is one of my biggest passions. Whether it’s solo adventures, family holidays, or trips with friends, I love exploring new places. In 2024 alone, I ticked 9 countries off my bucket list and created memories I’ll never forget. From feeding elephants and holding a koala to a thrilling 15,000ft skydive, I’ve had some unforgettable experiences—and there’s so much more to come!
